Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), hold a valid DigiStore account and a payout account in your own name, and comply with all laws that apply to your promotional activity. One person or legal entity may hold one affiliate account. Current or former employees and contractors of the Company may not enrol without written permission.
2. Enrolment & approval
Enrolment is by application. The Company reviews each application manually and may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without reason. Approval is not transferable.
3. Referral tracking & attribution
You promote using the referral link issued in your dashboard. When someone follows your link we store a first-party cookie and a visitor record. If that person creates a DigiStore account within the cookie window (currently 90 days) they are attributed to you, and you earn commission on their qualifying purchases from then on. Attribution requires cookies to be enabled and is not guaranteed where a buyer blocks tracking, uses a different device or browser, clears storage, or was already attributed to another affiliate. Last valid touch within the window wins. Purchases made on your own account, or by an account sharing your email address, never earn commission.
4. Commissions
You earn a percentage of each qualifying order. The rate is not a fixed value: the Company sets a default, individual sellers may set their own rate for their products, and the Company may set a specific rate for your account. The rate and the amount it was applied to are recorded on every commission line in your dashboard. Commission is calculated on paid orders only and excludes taxes, delivery fees, and any amount later refunded or charged back. A seller may choose not to participate, in which case that seller's products earn no commission. The commission currently defaults to 10% of the order value.
5. Holding period
Each commission is held as “pending” for a holding period (currently 14 days) that covers the buyer's refund window. After it elapses the commission becomes “available” to withdraw. If the underlying order is refunded, cancelled, or reversed at any time, the related commission is reversed, including after it has become available and, where already paid, by deduction from your next payout or by invoice.
6. Payouts
You may request a withdrawal once your available balance reaches the minimum (currently 50 in your payout currency). Payments are made to the method on file, normally within 30 days of an approved request. You are solely responsible for any taxes on your commissions and for the accuracy of your payout details. The Company may withhold payment while an account is under review for suspected breach. Balances on accounts inactive for 12 months may be forfeited.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not: bid on the Company's brand names, trademarks, or common misspellings in paid search, or use them in display URLs; use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, pop-unders, iframes, adware, browser extensions/toolbars, or any method that sets the referral without a genuine click; register domains or social handles that impersonate or could be confused with DigiStore or Codeink Technologies; send unsolicited email, SMS, or messaging spam, or post link spam in comments or forums; misrepresent prices, discounts, availability, or product contents, or advertise coupons or offers that do not exist; place links alongside content that is misleading, defamatory, adult, hateful, violent, infringing, or otherwise illegal; represent yourself as the Company or make commitments, warranties, or support promises on its behalf. Breach of this section voids all pending and unpaid commissions on the affected account.
8. Disclosure
Wherever you post a referral link you must clearly and conspicuously disclose that it is an affiliate link and that you may earn a commission, in line with FTC guidance and any equivalent local rules.
9. Trademarks & content
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use its name and logos solely to promote DigiStore products during your enrolment. You may not alter the marks, use them in a way that implies a partnership beyond the affiliate relationship, or continue using them after your account ends.
10. Termination
Either party may end this agreement at any time. On termination your referral links stop earning. Validly earned commissions above the payout minimum are paid on the normal schedule, except where the account is terminated for fraud or breach of section 7, in which case all pending and unpaid commissions are forfeited and the Company may reclaim amounts already paid on fraudulent or reversed orders.
11. Changes
The Company may change these terms, the commission rates, the cookie window, the holding period, and the payout minimum at any time. Material changes are notified by email to the address on your account. Continuing to use your referral links after a change takes effect means you accept it.
12. Relationship, liability & indemnity
You are an independent contractor; nothing here creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship. The programme is provided “as is” without warranties, and the Company's total liability under this agreement is limited to commissions payable to you in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim. You indemnify the Company against claims, losses, and expenses arising from your promotional activity or your breach of these terms.
13. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Codeink Technologies is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. (Confirm the governing jurisdiction with the Company before launch.)
